About the job
The BCM department is situated in Venlo. The Logistics Trainer reports to the Manager Training & Change Management. Your main objectives are to increase the knowledge of the WMS within DSV Solutions and prepare operations for change. In addition, your main activities are:
- Adapt training material and configure the training system
- Discussing WMS set-up with engineering
- Testing training programs
- Keeping training materials up to date
- Giving training on location
- Training local trainers
- Continuous improvement of trainings and training material
- Organizing trainings (training calendar and organization with local site)
- Administrating of tests and exam results in the central database

- Relevant completed education, Bachelor’s degree (hbo)
- Excellent command of English language (writing and spoken), German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and applications

- Willingness to travel
In this job you mainly speak English. Of course you also speak Dutch regularly, because the office is located in Venlo. The German language also comes in handy because of its location on the border.
