As HR Business Partner at UBQ Materials in Bergen op Zoom you know your way around the entire HR domain; from inflow, throughput to outflow of employees and everything that comes with it. You work closely with the HR VP and the HR Officer and you are a full discussion partner towards our organization. You know how to effectively deploy various HR tools and you follow developments within HR field with the aim to further professionalize the HR policy within UBQ Materials.
Tasks
This is a real all-round function and you are a first point of contact when it comes to various HR related issues. In this role you have close contact with the executives and management and advise on the full breadth of HR, from operational issues to more general HR themes. In this you are a full and strong discussion partner; result-oriented and you use your advisory skills optimally and with conviction. Together with the HR team you have a strong focus on the development and optimization of the HR policy. Think of inflow and retention of employees in a tight labor market. Labor market communication, sustainable employability, talent development, (personal) leadership, optimization of the work climate and conditions, culture and inclusiveness & diversity.
