What you’ll be doing

The heavy lifting in terms of product development has already been completed. Our offerings are fully realized solutions that have been crafted, refined, and are ready to meet the market's needs. This solid foundation allows you as Business Development Manager Coated Fabrics at Holland Colours to dedicate your time to expanding our market presence in the EMEIA region. Your focus will be on building relationships and exploring new business opportunities. Because of your established network, you know how to start a conversation with brand owners and key decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead and support the creation and execution of customer tests (as the industry isn't just about mixing colors; it's about solving problems and enhancing experiences) 
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms 
  • Active involvement with key industry associations 
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients to establish mutually beneficial terms and conditions 
  • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to expand the customer base

  • A profound understanding of market trends in colorants and additives 
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or chemistry 
  • 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales  
  • A proven track record in B2B sales and are available to visit clients in EMEIA
