Based at the Apeldoorn head office, you'll collaborate with the global MarCom team and marketers across the Netherlands, Hungary, Indonesia, and the Americas. Since 2021, the new global team has focused on renewing and implementing the Global Marketing & Communications Strategy to drive growth and enhance Holland Colours' global brand cohesion.

Since this year there has been a major strategic focus from the Managing Board on executing the renewed marketing strategy. To generate an acceleration in the output of the department we are looking for a Growth Marketer with 5+ years of experience who:

  • has a proven track record in lead generation in a B2B / online environment;
  • is skilled in content marketing, design, PPC, CRO, SEO, marketing automation and customer journey optimization (Hubspot or similar program);
  • can deal with diverse clients with a complex and lengthy decision process;
  • enjoys delving into and working with the target group as well as the market;
  • loves his / her profession, who likes picking up new things and coming up with 
  • creative and appropriate (digital) solutions and improvements;
  • is good at project and stakeholder management;
  • is highly structured and able to keep a high-level overview;
  • is commercially minded.

 If you join now:

  • you will execute the global marketing plan that is set up for this year;  
  • you will start (from September) with developing the plans and budget for next year together with the head of global marketing;
  • you will have a strong focus on lead generation and coordinate the lead follow-up process with the sales teams and maintain a feedback loop;
  • you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing activities to bring new and existing product solutions to new and existing customers;
  • you contribute to the creative direction and production of internal / external communication and advertising campaigns, event promotions and lead generation programs.

In the role of Senior Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for:

Plans and Campaigns for Various Segments

  • Manage campaign strategy and develop detailed marketing target plans for each segment.
  • Craft campaign content to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
  • Create and manage comprehensive multi-channel campaigns for new and existing customers.
  • Leverage research and analyze to uncover new insights and best practices for reaching and converting the target audience as well as ensuring the best possible customer experience across the digital channels. 

Fairs and Events

  • Lead marketing and communication initiatives for industry fairs and events, including landing pages, advertising, invitations, campaigns, and social content.
  • Craft and convey booth messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of sales and promotional materials.
  • Develop insightful content and innovative sales tools for new product introductions.

General Marketing Tasks

  • Produce in-depth research pieces for content pillar pages with the technical team.
  • Design new digital ad campaigns with engaging copy and creatives tailored to each platform and campaign.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and event partners and work closely with external agencies to ensure consistency of brand voice, vision and goals. 
  • Write and distribute content for online media.
  • Train colleagues to become active brand ambassadors, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and event participation.

  • Fulltime position with a competitive monthly salary in the range of € 4.014 - € 6.103 and appropriate to education and experience.
  • With holiday allowance, year-end allowance and profit sharing with shares.
  • Annual contract with a probationary period of 1 month, then an indefinite contract.
  • Good onboarding process and plenty of room for personal development and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Fulltime available and working at the office in Apeldoorn for at least three days a week.

Wat we van jou verwachten

  • Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing or Communication.
  • 5+ years of B2B MarCom experience.
  • Proven track record in inbound/online marketing and lead generation.
  • Mastery of online marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong command of English and Dutch is a pre.
  • Proactive, independent worker with excellent communication skills.
