As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist at ISKO, you are a key figure within the team, providing crucial support to senior management with the financial analysis and information needed to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. You will take on a wide range of financial tasks, including preparing the business's financial and strategic plans, consolidating annual budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance. Additionally, you will prepare competitor analysis, and market trends, and provide detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results.
Your role will also involve creating financial models to project long-term growth and determine impacting business factors, comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward. Moreover, you will evaluate whether the company’s current assets and investments are the best use of the company’s excess working capital. Your workday is dynamic and varied, continuously contributing to the efficiency and organization within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with senior management to prepare the business's financial and strategic plans.
- Working with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts, consolidating them into one overall budget.
- Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
- Preparing competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary for senior management.
- Providing detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results.
- Creating financial models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
- Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
- Evaluating whether the company’s current assets and investments are the best use of the company’s excess working capital.

Wat we van jou verwachten
What We Expect from You (Job Requirements):
- B.A. or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance-related roles, particularly in FP&A.
- Strong familiarity with SAP, especially in accounting modules.
- Proficient in Dutch GAAP and local fiscal regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong skills in other financial software.
- Fluent in English; the Dutch language is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
