Your New Job

As the Digital Business Development Representative at RE&UP, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our technology and services through innovative digital prospecting and sales strategies. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in LinkedIn, digital marketing, and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and strengthen our brand presence both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn (+Sales Navigator) and other digital platforms to identify, research, and engage high-quality potential business leads and prospects.
  • Digital Prospecting: Develop and execute effective LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with key decision-makers, build relationships, and qualify leads.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy: You will leverage your knowledge in digital marketing to develop and implement digital strategies to promote RE&UP’s technology and services.
  • Brand Development: Increase RE&UP's brand visibility and recognition by:
    • Establishing an active online presence as a brand ambassador across digital channels, both nationally and internationally.
    • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to fully leverage the power of LinkedIn for driving brand awareness and engagement."
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers through highly personalized digital engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and target customer segments.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on digital business development activities, lead generation metrics, and sales pipeline progress.

Wat we van jou verwachten

What We Expect from You

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a digital business development, sales, or related field, with a proven track record of success in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
  • Skills:
    • Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital sales/prospecting tools.
    • Exceptional LinkedIn outreach and engagement skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and build relationships.
    • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or sales are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the recycling or textile industry.
  • Previous success in scaling a brand or business internationally using digital sales and marketing tactics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software.
